SHAKEOLOGY Recipes!

“How do you make your Shakeology?” is a question I get asked all of the time! Typically we make ours the same almost every time. We use 5 oz unsweetened almond milk, 5 oz water, 1/2 of a frozen banana (Never throw your bananas away!), 1 Tabelspoon of all natural peanut butter, 3 to 4 ice cubes, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology and blend until smooth! It tastes like a milk shake!!! So delicious and we look forward to it every day! Our kids drink this too and we know they are getting at least one healthy meal or snack a day.

But NOT our vanilla! Instead, we do it the right way. The old-fashioned way. The way the indigenous Malagasy farmers have been cultivating vanilla beans for generations. And this way is the only way that’s good enough for Shakeology’s high standards.
