Quick Shrimp Dinner!
This was a throw together meal that seriously was done on a whim! Lol! I knew I wanted shrimp but other than that I had no clue. I have been craving yakisoba (this is NOT like that but I got some of my spice!) so I kind of went a little Asian route! And it turned out pretty good!
Here is what I did:
Approx 20 shrimp raw (shelled and deveined)
1 yellow squash
1/2 yellow onion
1 tsp garlic chilli sauce
I first cut up the squash, zuchinni and onion and cooked it in a little olive oil and garlic chilli sauce. Once the onion started turning to translucent I added in the the shrimp! When it was finished I added a couple of squirts of the liquid aminos and dinner was served! Seriously quick, easy, delicious, and GOOD!
